1. Have a usual flower pot as shown here

2. Add tiles

Add mud tiles or pieces of broken flower pot as shown.

3. Keep the plant in

4. Pour sand in it

Pour sand. Add charcoal pieces only if the rainfall is heavy.

5. Put more tile pieces

6. Fill the pot according to the age of the plant and size of the roots
